Why do you require my card details?Card details are required when making a reservation with us, we cannot make a reservation without them (this applies to online and over the phone). We don't store the card details on-site, they are store via our credit card company (off-site and via secure server). No deposit or charges are taken upon making a reservation with us, it's only in the event of a no-show or late cancellation when we apply a charge to the card on file (£10 per head). The card you use on file does not necessarily have to be used when paying your bill at the end of your visit.

Confirming your bookingYour booking will not be confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us with all of your booking details (booking reference number, name, email, mobile number, party quantity and any additional booking comments). Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder for your confirmation email. You may be required to authorise the card you're using, you can confirm this via your mobile banking app. If you have any issues boking a table with us then please get in contact.

I'm after a table for 6 or more, can you accommodate us?We certainly can! Tables of 6 or more are required to book via our Contact form and to pre-order their food options. This is due to the size of our venue and our kitchen being a from-scratch kitchen, meaning that everything is cooked to order. We can seat up to a maximum of 12 people on one table, we have limited spaces for large parties and they require the use of more than one table. If you'd like to book for more than 12 people then we can also offer the ability to book our entire venue for your own exclusive use.

Cancellation policy & amending your reservationWe ask for at least 48hrs notice of a cancellation via phone or confirmation email. We charge a fee of £10 per person for any no-shows and late cancellations made within 48hrs of your booking time. You can cancel your table via your confirmation email (sent to the email address you used when making a booking), failing that you can give us a call if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.

Do you allow children & a car park?Yes, we do allow children on reservations up to 7pm. Sadly we do not have a designated car park, there is free on street parking available as well as other car parks that are also free to use within walking distance of us.

Why are you open on selected Wednesdays & Sundays?We serve our normal Tapas & Wine menus during our regular opening hours (Thursday-Saturday), however, we do love to host an event or two! On selected Wednesdays we host our famous Wine & Cheese Pairing Night, this is where we'll be offering a selection of wines to tastes as well as a selection of cheeses from our supplier who will also be on hand to talk to you about what you're trying! On selected Sundays, we host live bands inside our wine shack! Completely free to attend to anyone that would love to come down to enjoy some wine, tapas and live music!

What if I have allergies?We have listed the basic allergies on our menus (gluten & vegan) but for other allergies then please get in contact with us.

Wine & Cheese Pairing NightOur Wine & Cheese Pairing nights are hosted on selected Wednesdays (please keep an eye out on the booking system for any Wednesdays that become available as well as on our social media pages), where we will get our supplier to bring down a selection of fine wines & cheeses for everyone to try and to give a thorough talk about each wine and cheese and which pairings go together to get the most out of your taste buds! During this event we will not be serving our regular menu and will only be taking bookings for our Wine & Cheese Pairing Night.

Live Music at the Wine ShackWe absolutely love getting musicians and live bands in! That's why we only open on selected Sundays, to celebrate everything musical! During our selected opening hours on a selective Sundays we will be offering our full Wine & Tapas menu from 1pm til 3pm, book now to enjoy some live music and some great wines & tapas!

Confirming your reservation
Your booking will not be confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.
